My Bruschetta Recipe

i am planning to cook for my friends today. and i been searching for the Bruschetta Recipe book that my friend gave me. well to day i will make one since im planning to go to the market buy a grilled rubbed bread and a garlic. because one of my friend called me to come over to her house and cook for her. since im craving for italian food. im Planning to make a bruschetta or they say its przylÄ…dek roca i dont know what that means and i cant even pronounced it maybe its bruschetta. lets go back to bruschetta. in cooking or making bruschetta theres a lot of things you can choose. there is man variations that include the toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, red papper and cheese but i prefre mozzarella cheese in bruschetta. bruschetta is commonly served with brustolina grill. but i cant find my Bruschetta Recipe book. i went online maybe i can find Bruschetta Recipe.

Im sure if they will taste it, they will ask how to make bruschetta. but my favorite is olive bruschetta. i also like shrimp bruschetta with tomato basil.

Bruschetta has many kinds of recipe you have, bruschetta crostini, used a toasted crispy bread savory topping cheese and olive oil. very delicious LOL.

Bruschetta Recipe

this Basic Bruschetta Recipe

basic bruschetta Recipe is a traditional treat at autumn olive festivals, it is easy to adapt this dish to any season.Basil and tomatoes make the following version summery, using a hearty mushrooms, marinated black olives or artichoke or bright asparagus .

3 ripe red tomatoes

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/3 c. chopped fresh basil

1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley

½ tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/3 c. olive oil

8 ½ inch-thick slices of crusty Italian or French bread

Bruschetta tomato and Basil

here is the Recipe-

you should prepare the Tomato first before anything else. then toast the bread. once the bread is already toasted place them in a bowl, pour boiling water on the bowl then leave it for 1 minute then drain the water. once the water drain remove the tomato and chop it finely. Pre heat the griddle for 8-10 mins then place the slice bread. slash the bread into 3 then rub the garlic in drizzle about 1 teaspoon of olive oil on every bread. when bruschetta are done top with tomatoes and basil leaves, season with salt, black pepper and sprinkle small about of olive oil. thats its..

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Its a delicious and easy appetizer. Using the balsamic vinegar that gives its a little bite. Dried fresh Basil.

This Bruschetta Recipe of Double Tomato Brushchetta is Up to 12 servings

1/2 cup sun driend tomatoes, packed in oil.

6 roma chopped tomatoes,

3 cloves minced garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 French baguette

1. Preheat the oven

2. Get a large bowl. mix the roma tomatoes with sun dried tomatoes, olvie oil garilic, basil, vinegar salt and pepper. mixture to sit for 10 minutes.

3. Cut the french baquette into 3/4-inch slices. On a baking sheet, arrange the baguette slices in a single layer. Broil for 2 minutes til slightly brown.

4. Divide the tomato mixture evenly over the baguette slices. then slice the mozzarella cheese.

5.Broil and melt the cheese for 5 minutes.
