Today were going to talk about hot chicken wings.

One thing I like about chicken wings is hot chicken wings. Hmm yummy hot and spicy.

There are different kinds of chicken and sizes.

Hot chicken wings are famous around he world. From American cuisine, Asian cuisine, Spanish cuisine and any ethnicity like Hot chicken wings. In America KFC checking originated in Kentucky where they served hot and spicy chicken and chicken wings. Also the famous is Buffalo wings. I have a friend which has a restaurant my favorite is Buffalo wings.

Well there is a lot of style in making Hot chicken wings. There is

Buffalo hot chicken wings

4 to 5 pounds chicken wings

Freshly ground black pepper

Salt (optional)

1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar

4 cups vegetable oil

4 Tablespoons butter or margarine (1/2 stick)

5 Tablespoons or Tabasco sauce

Chop the tip of each chicken wings, and discard it. Chop the wing in half (cutting at the joint) to make 2 pieces. Grind on fresh black pepper and sprinkle with salt if desired.

Heat the oil over heat in a deep skillet, Dutch oven, or deep-fat fryer until it starts to pop sizzle (for 400 degrees F). Add half chicken wings and cook until they're golden and crisp, stirring or shaking. When done, remove the chicken wing to drain on paper towels and cook the remaining wings.

Melt the margarine or butter over medium heat in a heavy saucepan, add the hot sauce and the 1 tablespoon of wine or vinegar you can use wine vinegar. Mix well and lower the flame.

Place the chicken on a warm serving platter, pour the sauce on top, and serve.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings.



Buffalo Hot chicken wings

Chicken wings - 3 kiloa
Hot pepper sauce – 3 to 6 tablespoons

Low fat butter - 4 tablespoons
Hot pepper sauce - 3 to 5 tablespoons
White wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Celery - 2 stalks (julienne)
Blue cheese salad dressing - 1 cup
Salt and pepper
Oil for deep frying

  • Cut the chicken wings at the joints, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the oil in a pot medium to high, fry the chicken wings until will be golden and crisp. (9 to 11 minutes) Drain the oil when done.
  • Put and heat butter in a frying pan on medium - low heat until melted. Mix in hot sauce and vinegar. Then Add in the fried chicken wings and mix well.
  • Serve buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing and celery.
